I am not a fan of black sesame but tried it anyway.
The ice-cream itself was surprisingly sweeter than the sesame sauce.
I really liked the texture of the black sesame sauce, it was really thick and had lots of grounded sesame in it.
If the ice-cream was not that sweet then it would have been perfect.
