I was curious about the 蝦米粉 Hami Pasta posted on the Hami Harmony FB so I decided to come here and try it.
蝦米粉 Hami Pasta is basically pasta made with 蝦米 (Chinese dried prawns pronounced har mae) the stuff you find in radish puddings.
Went there just for that but there was another interesting pasta on the menu with a Chinese twist which was the duck breast fettucine with salted egg yolk.
The hami buccatini was really nice, you could actually smell and taste those dried prawns and it came in a delicious light gravy with pieces of mushrooms and yellow courgettes.
The fettucine was also good and the lovely bits of sallted egg yolk gave it a salty kick without being too strong.
The slices of duck breast were also good because they were soft and moist.

As well as pastas, we also had the cauliflower cream soup which was flawless.

The buffalo wings were crispy but the sauce could have been thicker and more generous.
Finished off with canteloupe melon soda which had real melon in it.
The taste was natrual and refreshing.
