I haven't had good cart noodles since Happy Noodle closed down.
This is nothing like it but I like the noodles they have used especially the thin egg noodles which are soft and soaks the broth.
Picked three ingredients: pork knuckle, beef belly and beef tendon.

Also had the mock sharks fin soup which was quite bland with a strong egg taste.

The only bummer is that you have to eat standing up so it is great for people who work nearby.
