Strike Noodles is a ramen joint from Osaka.
They opened earlier this year in TST serving ramen in a chicken and clam broth with clams.
I knew I was going to like it because the ramen they serve is thin.

The menu has an entertaining touch to it with interesting names.
Or you can trying going to hell with the spicy Go to Hell Ramen.

Anyway, I just tried the basic Tori Paitan which came in this creamy white soup.

There were three slices of chicken, some clams and an egg.
The ramen hung the broth well and the noodles were firm with a chew while the soup was comforting.
Also had the rice with mentaiko because I just love mentaiko and rice.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for ramen if you are bored of pork broth ramen.
