A few months ago I was in the area so went to 3/3rds and it was shockingly full even though it was located in an isolated factory in the middle of nowhere.

I was so glad that 3/3rds had a pop up stall at Tong Chong Markets because wong chuk hang is a bit too far.

I tried the cheese toastie because the exclusive dish was sold out.
The cheese toastie was quite good with gooey melted cheese in the middle that had a mild sharp taste.

I love buffets and at LIS they are doing a Hungarian and Mangalica pork buffet theme.

The hotel was not as far as I thought because I got a bus from Hysan place which got me there in about 10 minutes.

Arrived at LIS cafe and I was greeted with lots of food!

Braised Hungarian pork belly
Grilled items, Quesadillas, noodles and sashimi:

They had a good selection of teas so I was happy

The dessert selection was good because they had sweet egg twists 蛋散 (Daan Saan), taro pudding, pandan pudding and these chocolate donuts.Tried the buffet items as well as the a la carte, the Mangalica pork quesadillas were scrumptious because the pork was soft as cotton.
If you google the Mangalica pig you will get this funny looking pig which looks like a sheep hence its name sheep pig in Chinese.

Also tried the Hungarian pork slices which were meaty and tender.

The bouillabaise was thick and strong with a lots of crab blended in it.

I loved the pandan pudding, it had a strong pandan taste.



The egg twists were good as well because they were crisp and sweet.

For a change, I went to Wong Chuk Hang for food and this place is quite quiet because the MTR does not go there.

Tried CIRQLE for brunch after seeing these crab claws.

It costs $448 per person and there was a nice salad bar, dessert selection, eggs selection and a BBQ counter outside.

I had the freshly squeezed juice which was healthy and refreshing on a scorching day.
The cucumber was my favourite.

The food that I had:

For eggs they had a choice of eggs or quail eggs.

I ordered the quail omelette thinking that I would get a little omelette but it turned out to be a regular omelette that had a lot of quail eggs in it!!

I wish I had the chance to see the chef crack them one by one!

The brunch was not over yet because you get to choose a dish from the menu so I had the octopus and the vegetarian pizza.



The dishes come with sides and I chose the Mac and Cheese and the Fries.


To be honest I was quite full at this point so I only took a bite of the pizza which was sweet and tasty topped with sweetcorn.
