Since my last visit, there were new items on the menu so went there.
Some dishes are only available on certain days of the week.

Started off with the sea urchin shooter which really started off my night because it was uni in a shot of sake and spicy kimchi vinaigrette.
Personally I found the Sake really strong.

| Umi Budo (Sea Grape) | Lime Anchovy Sauce | Sweet Thai Chili Paste | Fried Garlic

I love anything with lemon or lime so I liked this because it was zesty and refreshing.

Iberico Ham Wrap Oyster:
Oyster | Iberico Ham | Lemon Zest

This is similar to bacon and oyster concept but better because the Iberico ham is not as fat and there is a nice salty touch to it.

Mini Unagi Rice Cripsy:
Unagi (Eel) | Mozzarella Cheese | Quinoa | Sesame Seed | Seasoned Rice

The rice crispy was a bit like the Japanese musubi topped with cheese and eel.
It was nice and filling and the rice was mixed with Quinoa.

Bone Marrow Beef Sushi Roll:
Black Angus Short Rib | Bone Marrow Au Jus | Braised Shiitake Mushroom | Sesame Oil Confit Indian Lettuce Root | Tempura Shrimp

I was quite full because of the rice crispy but as you can see, it was a sushi roll served on a bone marrow.
Beneath the sushi is bone marrow paste which you can put on the rolls.

I love these marshmallow rabbits.
They basically taste like coconut puddings with a marshmallow texture coated in dessicated coconut.

It was hot and horrible so I went here for an iced tea.
I got the iced earl grey tea which was nice and cooling because there were lots of icecubes in it.
The earl grey was quite fragrant.
Next time I will try the tofu burger.

Recently had some divine black pepper and malt syrup chicken wings and I was missing it badly so decided to try the black pepper honey wings here.
Unfortunately, they were not as tasty and it was quite oily.
The coating was not as crispy and crunchy as the ones I tried before.

Went here again for lunch.
Had the bento which has a nice variety of curries complete with rice and naan, however the rice for this is not the basmati rice hence I ordered an extra portion of basmatic rice.
For curries, I had my favourite aloo gobi and butter chicken.
Both were good especially the aloo gobi because the potatoes were fluffy and soft.

Ordered the gyokuro tea because I love tea.
When it came, I was told to drink it, pour some more water for a second cup of tea and then eat the tea leaves with ponzu sauce.

The first cup tasted like seaweed, the second cup tasted really different with a sweetness.
The tea leaves were surprisingly delicious with the addition of ponzu sauce, they tasted like leafy vegetables with an appetizing citrus soy sauce flavour.

This is the reason why I wrote a tea that you can eat and drink.

The noodles hot and cold were basically the same.
I felt that they could taste better.

The Mini hojicha tea set was good.
It came with a refreshing peach tea.

The hojicha parfait was quite nice because of the chewy amitsu and tea jelly while the tea icecream was not too sweet with a strong tea taste.

While the suns hot rays are raging, I prefer being inside having a relaxing tea set.
Available from June the 13th is The love of Psyche.
This new Angelic tea set with Cupids has a cooling blue and white theme so it is best to be dressed in blue or white for great pictures.

The tea begins with organic tea from New York that gives a summery Pineapple and Coconut Flavor.

The angel wing cookies form an angel when put on the rims of the cup.

There are five magic cards presented to you, each card represents a unique essential oil.

Their functions are written on the cards so pick one and the love story unfolds to you told by the owner!
The Tea savouries start with Lobster Duo which is crayfish pate on toast paired with lobster molecular gastronomic foam.


There are a series of mini puff pastries: olive, sausage pepperoncini, prosciutto, spinach, and tuna.
The set also includes DK Signature Sausage Rolls.

On the sweet side is a white chocolate Cupid sitting on a Lavender yogurt cheese cake, chocolate éclair, two blue hazelnut macarons, Grapefruit Angel chocolate and cookies.


I really enjoyed this tea set because I loved the mini puff pastries and had fun wearing angel wings and masquerade lace masks.
